Meet the Woman Behind the Guide
Hi, I'm Kennerly Clay, a real person who's gone through a hellacious era, starting with perimenopause up through menopause and now into the postmenopausal years. I created this website to provide consolation, humor, hope, and hopefully half-decent information for women approaching or going through menopause. I have years of experience as a health and medical content writer and strive to ensure that while these pages are infused with my own personal experience, they also reflect accurate and expert-sourced information.

About the Author
Kennerly is the author of The Menopausal Woman's Guide Series, a snarky trilogy for women who've lost their shit in midlife and are dealing in particular with mental health and money issues as well as unresolved trauma and perceived slights that are fucking up their lives. The books include accounts of the author's own home life and hopeless search for answers that never came from doctors, therapists, spiritual advisors, medications and even psychedelic medicine - books that help women in menopause feel slightly less crazy and a smidge optimistic about the future.
